Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service define the conditions and procedures for using the travel planning and management service (the "Service") provided by Triplio (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to all travel-related services provided by the Company. 2. "User" refers to members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms. 3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered for the Service and received an ID. 4. "Content" refers to text, images, data, etc. provided within the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or notified to users by other means. 2. The Company may modify these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws. 3. Modified Terms will be announced through notices and will become effective 7 days after the announcement.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

1. Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form set by the Company and agreeing to these Terms. 2. The Company may refuse or terminate the service agreement for applications that: - Have previously lost membership status under these Terms - Use false identities or others' names - Provide false information or fail to provide required information

Article 5 (Provision of Services)

1. The Company provides the following services: - Travel itinerary planning and management - Travel information provision - Group travel collaboration - Other services developed or provided through partnerships 2. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle.

Article 6 (Restriction and Suspension of Service)

The Company may restrict or suspend the Service in the following cases: 1. Unavoidable circumstances due to maintenance of service facilities 2. When telecommunications carriers suspend services as stipulated by law 3. Other force majeure circumstances

Article 7 (User Obligations)

Users shall not: 1. Register false information when applying or making changes 2. Misappropriate others' information 3. Alter information posted by the Company 4. Transmit or post information other than that prescribed by the Company 5. Infringe on intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties 6. Damage the reputation or interfere with the business of the Company or third parties 7. Post obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public order and morals

Article 8 (Copyright Ownership)

1. Copyright and intellectual property rights to the Service belong to the Company. 2. Users may not use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without prior consent from the Company.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is exempt from liability for service provision when unable to provide services due to natural disasters or similar force majeure. 2. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by users' negligence. 3. The Company is not responsible for any profits users fail to gain or lose through the Service.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Disputes between the Company and users shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts. 2. Korean law shall apply to lawsuits between the Company and users.

These Terms are effective from January 9, 2026.
